Hello. It's Me!

Blogging about myself feels so weird… I am a behind the scenes kind of girl. I don’t like selfies, I can’t do that cute stand with my hand on my hip (I always end up looking like a chicken), and I have always focused on other peoples work… my clients work. Helping them land cover shoots, making sure their wedding submissions are on point, pitching stories for them to contribute to- check out my Pretty Press. But here I am… stepping out on my own doing something I’ve been doing for almost a decade but having to be the face out front. 

So, this is me. I love the wedding industry, I love that the industry is dedicated to love, I love that the community refers to each other as “friendors”. Because what happens when we all work together is that we become more than colleagues – we have a shared experience and investment in each other’s growth and success. I have worked, and continue to work, with some of the most amazing women, not to leave the men out- there are a few (but it is a female dominated industry), that have launched their own businesses and lift each other up and love, love. The best part of my work has been watching these businesses grow and flourish under their leadership and drive- and to feel that I have had a small part in that growth is so rewarding. So…
